Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

 

Delivery Estimates
   

   •    Canada & USA: 7–14 business days

   •    International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

 

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Complimentary shipping may be offered during select promotions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Refunds

 

Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty and personal care products.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
